For years I saved interesting looking obituary photos from the morning paper.

I’d read the obituaries aka the Irish Sports Page, bend ’em, throw them into a box. Over the years those boxes held thousands of obits. I determined that after years of saving them for unexplainable reasons it was time for them to go.

Hence this new media tribute to old media largely no longer extant, much the same as the folks therein.

Despite this being an obituary collection, print is not dead.
