"Seer/Sucker (aka The Illustrated Man's Guitar)" is a mixed-media découpage exploration of better days in the USA.
Taking a bass guitar that was a birthday gift to me from Pat DiNizio of The Smithereens, I set out to relocate it and me to a whole new plane using good ol' paper and paste.
There's a story hidden inside - see it in the midst of still photos; time-lapse imagery; frame-by-frame animation, and straight video.
I shot the photographs and video using a cheap-o camera, composed & arranged the soundtrack music, and except for John O. on the drums, played all the instruments.

"Chucks Reduxe" is a time-lapse of my studio shot in late-fall quarantine20 on a cheap-o camera with a soundtrack composed and performed by me.

Audio Collage - "dogHeaven" is a black-humor’d live take on Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial, with Stalinist show-trial overtones and a groovy exotic beat. I played all the instruments except the drums (John Orem) and built all the samples.

This piece is a soul-patch'd treatment of 2 bass guitars and obscure samples from a 1960s record collection. I made all the samples, played all the instruments except the drums (John Orem.)

Ever heard of the Collyer Brothers? This is a time-lapse rumination on the ruination of pop culture – the discarding and obsolescence of perfectly good media types and content. Un-planned and backwards, this is a complaint about how modern popular culture is garbage, and that generally what was, was better.
