Growing up in Washington, D.C. you get used to national news being local, especially when it comes to war.
These are scenes from a 2003 war protest here in the District. This particular event featured participants both pro- and anti-, much bitterness emerged quickly on all fronts. Using audio and video, I wanted to capture and present the nightmarish quality of the surroundings.
